Kieran Hebden has converted his recent vinyl-only Wingdings project into a wide digital release. The eight-track LP, issued via his own Text Records imprint, arrived on streaming and Bandcamp this week after the physical stock sold out during its initial stealth drop.
The 37-minute collection features the abstract, symbolic titling characteristic of his non-alphabetic monikers. While many tracks have functioned as secret weapons in his recent club sets, the album includes the standalone single released last October.
Wingdings remains one of several aliases Hebden uses to distance specific sounds from the Four Tet brand, joining Percussions and KH in his expanding catalogue. The digital pivot follows a high-profile weekend at Kappa FuturFestival, keeping the momentum high ahead of his Finsbury Park all-dayer next month.
