worldhousecommunity.com is operated by World House Community ("WHC", "we", "us"). You can reach us at info@worldhousecommunity.com.

By using this website, buying from our shop or attending a World House event, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You may browse, read and share our content for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site, including trying to break it, scrape it at scale, access areas you aren't authorized to, or use it for anything illegal.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase. Some events have their own minimum age, which is shown on the event page or ticket.

The WHC name, logo, design, original articles and images are owned by us or our licensors. Music, artwork and trademarks of artists, labels and venues belong to their respective owners.

News articles may summarize stories first reported by other publications; we link back to the original source where relevant. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email us and we'll review it promptly.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include or exclude taxes as stated there. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (such as Stripe or Shopify Payments). We never see or store your full card details.

We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or if an item is unavailable. If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds, returns and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy.

Events are subject to the venue's own rules, local laws and entry requirements. Entry may be refused to anyone who doesn't meet the age requirement, is intoxicated, or behaves in a way that puts others at risk.

Lineups, set times and venues may change. Tickets bought through third-party platforms are also subject to that platform's terms.

Events may be photographed or filmed. By attending, you agree that you may appear in footage used to promote WHC.

The site links to and embeds third-party services such as Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube, Instagram and Google Maps. We aren't responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The site and its content are provided "as is". We do our best to keep information accurate but can't guarantee it is always complete or up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WHC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
