Shanghai’s Fuxing Park complex marks three years by launching three new venues, including a retro-futurist redesign of flagship club RADI.
INS Land is scaling its footprint in Shanghai. Following a debut at #12 in the 2026 Top 100 Clubs poll, the multi-story Fuxing Park complex has added Soul House, JUMP, and a renovated RADI to its 20-venue roster.
Flagship electronic space RADI has been gutted and rebuilt with an industrial, retro-futurist aesthetic. The new look pulls from 1970s German U-Bahn stations and modernist architecture, moving away from standard megaclub tropes toward a more disciplined design language.
Two minutes from the main hub, Soul House operates as a theater-inflected cocktail bar designed to bridge the gap between dinner and the dancefloor. Meanwhile, JUMP targets high-energy programming on the sixth floor, featuring a spring-loaded moving dancefloor.
With existing spots like Dirty Space focusing on underground techno and CULTURE serving the queer community, INS Land continues to consolidate Shanghai's nightlife. Management indicates more additions are pending, including an escape room and further dining concepts.
