The UK rap pioneer is fundraising to convert an office block into a specialist school and assessment centre for neurodivergent students.
Giggs has launched a mission to transform St James House in Gravesend into a tailored educational facility. Partnering with the OMG Foundation, the project aims to support neurodivergent young people aged 11 to 18 who are often excluded from mainstream UK schooling.
The artist, who has spoken openly about his own autism and his children's neurodivergence, describes the project as a way to 'unlock the greatest potential' through specialized teaching. The site will eventually feature dozens of classrooms, studios, a gym, and a playground.
The initiative is currently seeking £930,000 for refurbishment and operational costs. High-profile figures including Damien Hirst, Robbie Williams, and Stephen Fry have already contributed items for auction to support the cause.
An assessment centre is projected to open in September 2026, with the full school following in early 2027. Giggs emphasized a focus on creating a 'superpower' environment that understands ADHD and autistic minds.
