Mixmag and Burn Energy name the rising selectors set to join their 2026 tour across Europe and North Africa.
The Burn Energy DJ Open has selected seven emerging artists to join the 2026 tour circuit. Each winner receives a professional performance fee, travel support, and industry mentorship to bridge the gap between the underground and the main stage.
From June to December, the tour hits key hubs like Marrakech, Oslo, and Bucharest. Winners will share the booth with established headliners including Shanti Celeste, Dr Banana, and TSHA. The initiative continues to focus on hyper-local scenes, partnering with collectives like ECHO7000 and Det Gode Selskab.
This year's roster spans a broad stylistic range: JAK brings eclectic energy to Marrakech, Emma Magdalena delivers experimental sounds to Oslo, and Sub:liminal represents Romanian drum 'n' bass. Further east, Sournois and Auremas are set to tackle techno and house duties in Warsaw and Vilnius.
By providing technical workshops and high-visibility slots, the program aims to offer more than just a one-off set. It is a standardized path for talent to move from localized respect to international consideration.
